Kal Walker

UX Designer & Researcher

Kal is a current Master's student at UC Berkeley studying User Experience Design and Research and has concentrated his efforts in the past 4 years towards helping represent the needs and interests of underserved communities in technology. He has previously worked as a UX professional for non-profits that aim to make calling emergency services more accessible for communities who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing, helping Latina and Latino Americans break into the tech field, and helping restore community places for underserved cities in the San Francisco Bay Area.
